Small teacup with shino & ash glazes; Wood-fired; Just under 3” ht.

I threw these smaller teacups using a white stoneware clay, hoping that the applied shino and ash glazes would show nicely against the light background. .In this case,. the firing in spring 2021 resulted in a subtle array of colors ranging from tan to orange on the outside of the cups.

Slight variations in shape and color are inevitable. Please understand that shipped pieces will look similar to the photo, never exactly the same.
